These rules have a contractual nature between \u201cCasale Lorenzo\u201d and the Guest. Therefore, the request to stay and the acceptance of such a request by \u201cCasale Lorenzo\u201d implies the total acceptance of these rules.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Arrival (Check-in): The apartments will be available from 3:00 PM unless otherwise agreed. We recommend notifying us of your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.<\/li>\n<li>Upon arrival, you will receive the apartment keys and the gate remote control.<\/li>\n<li>In case of loss of the keys or the remote control, or in case of malfunction, they will be replaced at the guest&#8217;s expense.<\/li>\n<li>Upon arrival, the full balance of the stay must be paid. Payment can be made in cash, by check, bank transfer, or credit card.<\/li>\n<li>A confirmation deposit of 30% of the total stay amount is required to confirm the booking, payable by bank transfer.<\/li>\n<li>In case of cancellation of the stay within 21 days before the scheduled arrival date, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded; after this period, the entire amount paid will be retained.<\/li>\n<li>A tourist tax of \u20ac2.50 per day, subject to changes imposed by the municipality of Orbetello, is to be paid for the first 7 days of the stay. Children under 14 are exempt.<\/li>\n<li>This must be paid strictly in cash upon arrival.<\/li>\n<li>A security deposit of \u20ac200.00.<\/li>\n<li>This must be paid strictly in cash upon arrival.<\/li>\n<li>Departure (Check-out): The apartments must be vacated by 10:00 AM unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>\n<li>In case of early departure, the guest will be charged the full amount for the booked apartment.<\/li>\n<li>During the high season (from July 1 to August 31), only weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday are accepted.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum age to rent an apartment: 18 years.<\/li>\n<li>For reasons of public security, it is not allowed for guests to let other people enter the apartments at any time.<\/li>\n<li>It is forbidden inside the premises to smoke, use drugs, speak loudly, shout, or slam doors or windows.<\/li>\n<li>Please respect the quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM and from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.<\/li>\n<li>Additionally, whenever you leave the apartment, please lock the door and ensure that the windows are closed to prevent any theft of valuables from the apartments.<\/li>\n<li>Please note that leaving the air conditioner on when the room is unattended is not allowed.<\/li>\n<li>Management is not responsible for the loss of guest belongings and\/or valuables; each guest is responsible for the safekeeping of their own property.<\/li>\n<li>Guests are expected to respect the premises and the items contained within them; any damage caused will be charged at the cost of repair.<\/li>\n<li>For any requests, please contact the management.<\/li>\n<li>Pets are not allowed on the premises.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RULES AND CODE OF CONDUCT The following rules and regulations are established to ensure a uniform, orderly, serene, and peaceful stay for everyone.
